THOMAS D. BEGLEY, JR. is a member of the firm of Begley &
Bookbinder, P.C., with offices in Moorestown, Avalon and
Princeton, New Jersey, where he concentrates in Elder Law and
Estate Planning. Mr. Begley is a Certified Elder Law Attorney
and a former member of the Board of Directors of the National
Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a Fellow of the National Academy
of Elder Law Attorneys, Past Chair of the Elder Law and Real
Property Probate and Trust Law Sections of the New Jersey State
Bar Association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors
of the Moorestown Education Foundation. He is a frequent author
and lecturer. He is a member of the American and New Jersey
State Bar Associations and Burlington County Bar Association,
National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the American Trial
Lawyers Association. He is featured in Who's Who in American Law
