Brian
T. Treacy
Mr. Treacy earned his B.A. in
Economics from the University of Rhode Island in 1980. He was
awarded his Juris Doctor in 1983 from Tulane Law School in New
Orleans, Louisiana.
From 1983 to 1990 he was an assistant prosecutor in New Orleans,
Louisiana and Daytona, Florida. He has been in private practice
concentrating most of his work in the area of Elder Law since
1990.
Mr. Treacy is an author and a frequent speaker and lecturer for
many civic, business, and religious organizations. He is also a
member of the Bergen County Bar Association Elder Law Section
and Real Property, Trust and Probate Section of the New Jersey
Bar and of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
