Mr. Sandoval is the only attorney in California triple certified in the areas of elder law, estate planning and tax law.  He is certified by the National Elder Law Foundation as a Certified Elder Law Attorney and by the California Bar Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law and in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.

He is also a California Certified Mediator.  Mr. Sandoval is the 2003 / 2004 Chairman of the Estate Planning Section of the Riverside County Bar Association and he is the Director of Education for the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, a nationwide organization of estate planning and elder law attorneys.

His law practice specializes in the area of elder law, estate planning, trust and estate litigation, tax controversy and mediation of trust and estate disputes.  He received his J.D. from Western States University and his Masters of Tax Law (LL.M.) from Golden Gate University.
